Seven years as Director of Investment Banking Compliance, inside the FCA’s supervisory framework during a period of intense scrutiny.
Tony Blair Institute
Nearly a decade as COO and General Counsel, building legal and operational infrastructure across 40 jurisdictions. I led the merger of charities and commercial entities across the UK and US and supported the Institute’s government advisory work on policy reform.
Parity Technologies
At the leading contributor to Polkadot, I served as Chief Legal Officer and interim COO, building the legal function and designing regulatory and governance frameworks during a period of significant restructuring.
