ABOUT CHRISSY HILL
Founder & Principal, Dreadnought Solutions

The Mark
Our mark is the null set symbol. Nothing is excluded. Nothing is feared.
Career
I started at Linklaters in capital markets: equity and debt transactions, cross-border offerings, the machinery of institutional finance. I then spent seven years at Barclays as Director of Investment Banking Compliance, inside the FCA’s supervisory framework during a period of intense scrutiny.
Next came nearly a decade at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change as COO and General Counsel, building legal and operational infrastructure across 40 jurisdictions. I led the merger of charities and commercial entities across the UK and US and supported the Institute’s government advisory work on policy reform.
At Polkadot, I served as Chief Legal Officer and interim COO, building the legal function and designing regulatory and governance frameworks during a period of significant restructuring.
I founded Dreadnought Solutions in March 2026 because organizations on the frontier of technology deserve advisory from someone who has built and operated the infrastructure regulators scrutinize, not just advised on it from outside.
